This 4-day programme provides leaders and senior professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively introduce and embed coaching within their own organisation. From developing coaching strategies tailored to your organisations unique needs to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, join us and gain a competitive edge, as you harness the potential of your team, drive innovation, and foster a culture of excellent.
During this programme we’ll introduce you to best practice coaching frameworks and models, including sector and location specific policies, contracting procedures and templates. We’ll work with you to develop tools and techniques to establish a positive coaching culture within your organisation, and together we’ll explore how coaching can support performance management initiatives and drive talent retention. You will complete the programme equipped with everything you need to know to effectively implement a coaching framework within your own organisation.
The programme fee includes 3 online coaching sessions (per delegate), available to book on completion of the programme to support you through the process of introducing coaching to your organisation, and / or to develop your own coaching skills.
For organisations who would like to also develop existing employees to become in-house professional coaches, we recommend you combine this programme with our ‘Coaching Skills for Professionals’ programme, designed for leaders and senior professionals who want to develop their own coaching skills.

We do not include formal assessments as part of our 4-day programmes, however we do highly recommend delegates complete the associated independent directed learning that is provided for each of our programmes. Completing directed learning helps to reinforce knowledge and skills acquired during the programmes, making it more likely that delegates will retain and apply this knowledge in their professional roles and for the benefit of their organisation. Our team are available to provide support throughout the process.
All Illuminare Executive Education 4-day programmes are scheduled for 7.5hrs contact time each day (30hrs in total for the programme). In addition, it is expected that you would complete an additional 10hrs of independent directed learning to meet the programme learning outcomes and to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience. Dates and timings of delivery will be confirmed when you enrol. Please be assured that all directed learning will be explained and access to all required resources will be provided to you during the taught element of the programme.
All our open programmes are available with UK university certification of endorsement and / or CPD points in recognition of their high quality, sector leading provision. We’re proud to offer programme certification at no extra cost when you make the request at the point of booking. If this request is made after the point of booking an administration fee of £49 (per certificate) will be due before a certificate can be processed.

We offer 10% discount on bookings where 5 or more delegate places are booked on the same programme (bookings must be made at the same time and through the same payment transaction for the discount to be applied).
It covers all required study material and programme activities. For bookable open programmes, it also covers all refreshments and meals provided during the face-to-face programme contact time.

Certified: This programme comes with a UK University Certificate of Endorsement in recognition of its high-quality sector leading provision.
